OMBRE BROWS

Let’s talk about what really happens when you get ombre  eyebrows:

The treatment takes about two hours. Your artist will first draw the shape to make sure you like it. Then, they put on some cream to make your skin numb, so you won’t feel much pain. Most people say it feels like light scratching, nothing too uncomfortable.

After the treatment, your eyebrows will look darker for the first few days. Don’t worry – this is normal! The color will become lighter and more natural-looking after about two weeks. During this time, you’ll need to keep your eyebrows dry and follow some simple care instructions.

WHO CAN GET OMBRE EYEBROWS?

The great news is that almost everyone can get ombre eyebrows! Whether you’re young or older, have oily or dry skin, this treatment usually works well. Even if you have very light or no eyebrow hair, ombre eyebrows can give you a natural-looking frame for your face.

THE HEALING JOURNEY

Understanding how ombre eyebrows heal helps you know what to expect. Here’s what happens:

Days 1-2: Your brows will look darker than planned. This is normal and temporary.

Days 3-7: You might see some flaking. Don’t pick at it! Let it fall off naturally.

Days 7-14: The color will seem to fade a lot. Don’t worry – this is part of the process.

Days 14-30: Your final color emerges. This is when you’ll see the true, natural-looking results.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR OMBRE EYEBROWS

Taking care of your new ombre eyebrows isn’t hard, but it’s important. For the first week, you need to:

  • Keep them dry

  • Don’t put makeup on them

  • Avoid sweating too much

  • Don’t pick at any scabs that form

After they heal, you don’t need to do much. Just protect them from too much sun and use gentle face products. You might want to get a touch-up once a year to keep them looking fresh.
